The historic Owl Court property is being brought back to life as a multi-tenant environment boasting up to 5 micro-retail or micro-office spaces.  Plans are to activate a courtyard environment and to provide a mix of tenants that support the Britton District. Roof is new and all utilities will be new upon completion.  
 
The brand new Variety Care building opened in August 2018 and have 100+ new employees right across the street with no cafeteria services being offered.  American Fidelity, McBride and Oklahoma Fidelity are just to the east on I235.  The Village and Nichols Hills are just 2 miles away to the West and South, respectively.
 
Traffic counts along Britton Road at the property are approximately 14,579 (2018 data) vehicles per day With Street Scaping underway in 2024.

 
Each retail/office space has a minimum 1 year commitment, preferably a 3-year commitment.  Discount can be provided for longer term commitments. Landlord will provide each space in shell condition ready for each tenant to finish to their needs. Common bathrooms will be provided to accommodate all tenants.
